Turkey Sausage


1lb lean ground turkey (93/7)
3/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients, form into approximately 2 inch (2 oz.) patties and fry.
